The Acoustic Technologies LG09 Compact Full Range Loudspeaker Enclosure neatly spans the divide between truly compact cabinets and large format, high powered enclosures. In fact the LG09 uses the same mounting hardware as our compact LG07 cabinet and yet provides a remarkable 850 watts program power handling.
The LG09’s extremely compact trapezoidal cabinet houses two 8″ bass-mid transducers, one of which incorporates a coaxially mounted, extended range 1″ HF compression driver. Dispersion is a controlled 100º(H) x 100º(V).
The LG09 is available as either a 4 or 16 Ohm cabinet allowing multi-cabinet installations to be easily optimised for power amplifier loading and efficiency.
The LG09 provides extremely high quality, high output reproduction of all music and speech. Applications include Board Room A/V Installations, Party Bars, Night Clubs, high end Home Theatre and Theme Parks.

The LG09 enclosure is constructed of high quality 12mm MDF. A wide range of hardware, connector, mounting, grille and cabinet finishing options are available. The transducers are protected by a perforated steel mesh providing a durable visually appealing finish.
The LG07 passive crossover provides a seamless transition between the transducers. The crossover frequency is selected to enhance the already superb performance of the individual components. Great care is taken to ensure that a phase coherent output is maintained across the entire audio bandwidth.
Sensitivity, Maximum Power and SPL measurements are conducted in accordance with the AES 24 Hour Pink Noise Standard. Acoustic Technologies reserve the right to alter or amend the LG09, without prior warning in the interests of product improvement.
