The HL03 is a high power yet remarkably compact loudspeaker system capable of reproducing the most challenging musical material with very low distortion, excellent transient response and superb vocal definition.
The HL03 utilises an 800 watt extended range 15" bass driver, a proprietary 6.5" midrange device optimised for horn loaded applications and a 1" high frequency compression driver. The midrange driver is Ferro Fluid cooled. Two different horn flares, designed specifically for this enclosure provide dispersion patterns of 100º(H) x 40º(V) or 60º(H) x 40º(V) for the critical mid and high frequencies.
The HL03 features a complex 3 way passive crossover network carefully optimised for a wide flat response, totally free from any sound pressure level, time alignment or phase anomalies. The result is a quality loudspeaker cabinet which exhibits finely detailed and transparent mid-high reproduction, complimented by articulate well defined bass performance.
The HL03 loudspeaker system is an entirely appropriate choice for all pro-audio applications including Live Music reproduction, Dance Club installations, Sporting Events, Theme Parks and multi-media events. The HL03 is equally at home in a diverse range of installed applications including Houses of Worship, School Auditoria, Theatres, Gymnasiums, Sports Arenas and Corporate Presentation Facilities.
The HL03 is available with many finish and hardware options making for a truly versatile and professional full range loudspeaker cabinet.

The HL03 enclosure is constructed of high quality 18mm Finnish Birch Ply. A wide range of hardware, grill and cabinet finishing options are available. The transducers are protected by a rugged expanded steel grille. Acoustically transparent PVC foam is bonded to the mesh, providing a durable, visually appealing finish.
The HL03 passive crossover provides a seamless transition between the transducers. The crossover frequency is selected to enhance the already superb performance of the individual components. Great care is taken to ensure that a phase coherent output is maintained across the entire audio bandwidth.
Sensitivity, Maximum Power
and SPL measurements are conducted in accordance with the AES 24 Hour Pink Noise Standard. Acoustic Technologies reserve the right to alter or amend the HL03, without prior warning in the interests of product improvement.
